Thank you for booking with Mullins Chair Covers. A £50 non refundable deposit is required to reserve your booking. A minimum booking of 50 chair covers is required. Booking can be made by completing the booking form above. See below for payment methods.

Pay by cheque

A £50 cheque can also be sent to secure the date. Provide your name, address and the date of the event on the back of the cheque. Please make cheques payable to Mullins Chair Covers and send to:

Once payment has been received a receipt will be sent out to the mailing address provided the next working day.
